As the Human Resource Assistant, you will play a role in assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office; greet customers/potential new employees and current team members, efficiently processing new hire paperwork, and much more.
Other Job Responsibilities:
o Check of employees daily attendance
o Submit files to the corporate office in a timely manor
o Updating daily attendance calendars/records
o Stay up to date on incoming/outgoing mail
o Answering phones and transfer calls to the proper destination
o Checking voicemails/returning calls
o Bilingual – Spanish: translate, speak and write
o 2+ years HR or related experience
o Be at work on time, everyday
o Must be detailed oriented
o Highly Organized
o Have the ability to frequently multitask
o Be able to handle stress
o Update and communicate effectively with all team members
