Patrick Industries Corporate Office is currently hiring a part time Receptionist who will be the initial contact for onsite visitors entering the building, which will include greeting all incoming traffic and answering the phone. As the first contact for all inquiries, the Receptionist will also work to support the departments at the Corporate Office and must maintain confidentiality, professionalism, confidence and a Customer 1st Focus every day.
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, answering a multiple line phone system, handling company inquiries and sorting and distributing mail. The position is a fast paced role with changing priorities throughout the day and will work closely with the Human Resource and Accounting Department to help with other administrative duties including scheduling meetings for executives, and ordering materials among daily administrative other duties.
This position would require the candidate to work full days that can be rotated throughout the week.
