  • Summary

    Patrick Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor to the RV, Manufactured Home, Industrial and Commercial markets, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team! We are looking for someone with industry experience and established relationships. In the Sales Representative role, you will focus on driving sales and providing the best service for customers each day.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Cultivate an understanding of the Patrick’s Customer First Culture and professional sales process.
    • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Patrick’s products and capabilities through emersion in the Business Unit(s).
    • Identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers  
    • Improve profitability, product penetration, and product mix with all customers.
    • Communicate Patrick’s value propositions to customer.
    • Propose sales solutions to customers and reevaluate solutions where necessary.
    • Close sales opportunities by gaining purchase orders and executing all order fulfillment procedure.
    • Provide excellent customer service and facilitate long-term relationships for repeatable/sustainable business.


    • Preferred undergraduate in Business Management or related degree
    • Must have 3+ years of Sales experience in the RV/MH industry
    • Track record of sales growth YOY in a similar role
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
