    Patrick Industries is a major manufacturer of component products and distributor of building products serving the recreational vehicle, manufactured housing, marine, and other industrial markets and operates coast-to-coast through locations in 20 states and in China. Patrick has a nationwide network of manufacturing and distribution centers for our products and operates in over 100 facilities throughout the US with a core concentration and our principal offices in Elkhart, Indiana. Due to growth within the organization, we are seeking a SEC Reporting Manager to add to our Corporate Finance Team.

    Specific Responsibilities


    The Manager of SEC Reporting works directly with the Director of IR/SEC Reporting, the CFO and the Corporate Controller.  Patrick is a large reporting corporation and requires full-scope reporting of the 10-Q and 10-K.  This experienced professional will take the lead in gathering all data and information required for reporting presentation, author initial drafts and work with the team above to finalize all published documents.  The role requires the ability to engage with Patrick Industries’ CEO, President and Board of directors. 

    Patrick operates in the $2B revenue range and is continuing on the growth plan as established.  The optimum candidate will have the ability to ascend to the Director of SEC Reporting and beyond.
