    AIA Countertops, a Division of Patrick Industries is one of the largest solid surface, granite and quartz fabricators in North America and expanding their Sales Team in the South East Region of the United States to continue meeting Customer demands and putting the Customers 1st.

     

    This exciting opportunity will require weekly to bi-weekly travel up to 50% and will be based out of a home office.

    The Sales Representative will work under the National Sales Director to lead the Sales efforts of the expanding business segment of AIA who serve the Commercial, Residential and RV Industries. The Representative is tasked with leading sales aligned with Patrick Industries Leadership Values and Customer 1st Focus while providing our Customers with quality products. From the initial bidding on jobs, to the follow up on delivery of the completed order, in this role, the Sales Representative will be the essential link between the customer, Patrick Sales team, and our manufacturing operations from start to finish. 

     

    Your attention to detail, organization skills, excellent communication skills, Customer Focus, and follow through on all tasks will drive success within this business segment. 

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Cultivate an understanding of the Patrick’s Customer First Culture and professional sales process
    • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of AIA’s products and capabilities through emersion in the Business Units
    • Build and maintain relationships with Customers throughout the South East Region including traveling to call on Customers
    • Cold calling Customers
    • Working closely with the Manufacturing Team to ensure the scheduling of production will meet deadlines 
    • Identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
    • Propose sales solutions to customers and reevaluate solutions where necessary
    • Provide excellent customer service and facilitate long-term relationships for repeatable/sustainable business

    Requirements

    • Proven sales record with specific experience in Commercial Sales with large account experience
    • Ability to conduct in person Customer calls to generate sales revenue which will meet or exceed plan targets
    • High motivation with ability to work independently to achieve sales goals
    • Ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Must be well organized and driven to achieve success
    • Ability to complete sales related projects and tasks from beginning to end and see that they get accomplished in a timely manner
    • Must be able to manage weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
    • Established industry relationships a plus
    • Ability to travel as needed throughout the region
